Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the Daively service. Customer-specific commercial terms may supplement them.

1. Service access

Daively provides mobile attribution, analytics, reporting and configured data-delivery tools. Access is currently provisioned directly. You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and ensure that authorized users follow these terms.

2. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for applications, SDK integration, connected accounts, end-user notices, permissions, data instructions and the accuracy of information supplied to Daively. You must not submit data or use destinations in a way that violates applicable agreements, platform rules or rights of others.

3. Acceptable use

You may not probe or bypass security controls, interfere with service availability, use another customer's credentials, submit malicious payloads, generate abusive traffic, resell access without permission or use Daively to build unlawful profiles.

4. Availability and changes

We work to keep ingestion and reporting available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Features may evolve as Apple, Google and other providers change their APIs. Material integration changes will be documented when they require customer action.

5. Data and confidentiality

You retain rights in data supplied through your applications and connections. Each party must protect the other party's confidential information. Our handling of personal data and the identity of the service operator are described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreement.

6. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access to protect the service, respond to abuse, prevent unauthorized processing or comply with binding obligations. Customers may request termination and deletion through the contact below, subject to necessary security, billing and legal retention.
